Contact tournament

By now, you will have received the newsletter with the results of our first ever padded contact tournament, and I think the general consensus was that it was immensely successful for the competitors, who all rose to the challenge and did exceptionally well, from the 7 year olds right up to the 12 year olds!

Congratulations also to Eve and Angus for being awarded the Fighting Spirit Awards, but also a big congratulations to everyone just for being in the tournament! 

Keep an eye out for the next one.

Kata Tournament

You should also know by now that there's a Kata tournament coming up, and we need to practice lots and lots to do well. We've already started, but there's a lot more workd to do!
